Making pasta

I am sad to see the end of July this week. I can feel the shift towards Fall and I both love that and hate it. I am always sad to see summer wind down but am always so inspired by the start of September.

This week I had both kids home and they helped by making a few dinners.

Monday- My oldest made a salad with leftover chicken and pasta.

Tuesday- Veggie share pick up day.

Local tomatoes and mini mozzarella salad- a summer treat

Wednesday- My youngest made Tortellini, with tomatoes, corn, and butter.

this was delicious

Thursday- My husband made burgers with corn

Friday- My youngest is off to sleep away camp with this weekend and requested homemade pasta and pesto. To use up some very ripe peaches, I made this upside peach cake- it turned out wonderfully, recommend!

Saturday- we had a plan for take out but everything ended up too late. WE ate a snack dinner instead

Sunday- Shrimp tacos with green goddess salad, corn, and black beans.
