Week of October 6th

Hello Planners, what did you all make this week? We are rolling along with the beautiful warm Fall here in New England, but ended the week with a cooler rainy weekend which felt like we were due for. We are really enjoying the end of the local produce.

Monday- An away soccer game in the city created an opportunity to stop for a favorite treat- Eventide. Look at that lobster roll!

Tuesday- I was sad to hear that one of our favorite New England Pasta makers, Trenchers, was closing and we enjoyed the greens raviolis we are able to order from our farm Co op.

Wednesday- Another away game, but was able to come home to a delicious meal by my husband- kielbasa, taco brussels sprouts, and pasta.

Thursday- Surf and turf- I went all out since everyone was home for dinner and had grilled ribeye and sauteed scallops, with roast potatoes or baked sweet potato and zucchini

Friday- Sushi takeout.

Saturday- Air fried chicken tenders and snack veg- perfect chill weekend dinner.

Sunday- Fresh pasta with homemade pesto- the most requested meal from the kids and I am always happy to comply especially now that they love to make the dough.

It was a delicious week. What are you planning for the week?
