Week of June 23rd
Hello meal planners, what did you eat this week? I had one kiddo at camp, so I enjoyed a bit more time with my teenager. With the start of summer here, it has been great to start getting produce from a local farm coop. Each week’s haul inspired the meals for the week and this week was delicious.
Monday- spicy sausage and veggie pesto pasta.

Tuesday- This is our coop pick up day, so most of dinner is the fresh bread and fruit we get. I made 2 different smoked fish dips as well to see which is our favorite. Fishwife smoked salmon and chili crisp with cream cheese and sour cream or a more classic smoked smoked salmon dish based on this food52 recipe.

Wednesday- asian noodle and napa cabbage salad with chicken and tofu.
I served it as a bar, napa salad, noodles, and dressing
Thursday- fish and/or shrimp tacos
air fried cod with cilantro jalapeno sauce with cabbage and radish
Friday- Jonah crab caesar salad (one of my favorite meals!) and pizza. I learned that you can leave pizza dough in the freezer for too long.
Saturday- sushi take out
Sunday- got home late, chicken nuggets and big salad.
