menu planning perfection on a Sunday morning

The middle of June is one of my favorite times of the year. The light is long and the kids are finishing school and all the activities are coming to a whirlwind finish.

Monday: Bibimbap, or at least my version of it. I stopped at Hmart for the vegetable toppings.

Tuesday: Bean skillet. I riff off of this NYT recipe .

Wednesday: Chicken lomein. I got really delicious noodles at Hmart.

Thursday: Tostadas

Friday: Doritos salad- Our traditional last day of school dinner.

Doritos salad, with beans and taco meat.

Saturday: BBQ pork brisket and salad

Sunday: Lobster rolls, for Father’s Day

perfect Lobster roll, just light mayo and a butter grilled split top roll.
